• Birth Date: (Mandatory) Enter student's date of birth same as 10th class Marksheet.
• Email: (Mandatory) Enter email address and this shiuld be used for future communication.
• Whatsapp No.: (Mandatory) Enter whatsapp mobile no. for student registration.
• Father's Name: (Mandatory) Enter father's full name same as 10th class Marksheet.
• Mother's Name: (Optional) Enter mother's full name.
• Correspondance Address: (Mandatory) Enter complete correspondance address.
• City: (Mandatory) Enter city/ town/ village name.
• State: (Mandatory) Enter state name.
• 12th or Equivalent (Pass/Appearing): (Mandatory) Fill Pass or Appearing for your 12th or Equivalent status.
• Form Center Code: (Mandatory) Enter Form Center Code.
• Upload your recent photo: (Mandatory) Select and upload your recent passport size photo. Max size is 1 MB
• Upload your signature: (Mandatory) Select and upload your signature photo. Max size is 1 MB
• Click on "Pay Registration Fee" button to pay Entrance exam fee online.
• After successfull registration, you will receive payment confirmation email. Keep the payment receipt for future use.
• Contact Institue for further process.
• In case of failed transaction, contact Institute immediately.
